Different languages are woven together into a single video art piece, with the aim of prompting us to reflect on Love. Words, with hidden meanings, dance across the screen—the result of removing the letters that make up the word “love.” Thus, what was originally a love story is transformed and mutated. Then, a possible rift—born of the fear of suffering—is expressed in binary code. Do we not, in the West, view life through that very code? Finally, from an Eastern perspective, several hexagrams from the I Ching appear. The synergy of the chosen symbols may bring us closer to love… but when that love is lost, what do we have left?
